Who we are and what this covers

Burning Bridges AI is operated by ZHANG WENCHAO (洋帆AI) ("Burning Bridges AI", "we", "us"). This policy covers the Burning Bridges AI website, accounts, video creation tools and support. Contact support@burningbridges.dev for privacy questions. See our Terms of Service for service rules.

Information we handle

  • Accounts and sign-in: name, email, profile image, authentication records and session information. If you use an available third-party sign-in option, we receive the profile information needed for that sign-in.
  • Creative inputs and results: prompts, uploaded images, reference videos and audio, selected models and settings, generated videos, task status and error information. Library titles, favorites and archive choices are stored with your account.
  • Purchases and video generations: order identifiers, purchased video packs, payment status, payment-provider references and generation purchases, use and returns. Payment processors handle payment credentials; Burning Bridges AI does not store full card numbers.
  • Support: messages, attachments and account or order details you provide in emails or support tickets.
  • Technical and activity information: IP addresses, browser and session information, sign-in activity and request records used to operate and protect the service. If configured, analytics and support tools also process browsing or chat activity.
  • Browser storage: cookies and local or session storage for sign-in, language, interface preferences, referral attribution, guest credit identity and creator drafts. Our Cookie Policy explains these uses.

Why we use this information

We use this information to authenticate you, process uploads and generations, save and serve your results, maintain your library, fulfill one-time video-pack purchases and maintain generation balances, respond to support, investigate faults and prevent abuse. Configured analytics may help us understand website use. Transaction and security records also support dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose: performing the service you request, complying with legal obligations, legitimate operational and security interests where permitted, or consent where required. Providing a privacy notice does not replace consent where consent is required.

How AI providers process your inputs

Submitting a generation sends your prompt, selected settings and necessary media to API Mart or WaveSpeedAI, according to the active recipe, and the model-provider services used for that request. This can include uploaded images, video or audio references, or a provider reference to an earlier creation you own when you extend or refine it. Inputs may contain personal information, including faces and voices; submit them only when you have the necessary permission.

Uploaded media and saved results use account-owner access controls in Burning Bridges AI. For video and audio references, the service gives the provider a task-specific access link that expires after one hour. Link expiry limits access through that link; it does not mean that our stored file or a copy already received by a provider has been deleted.

Provider processing and retention are subject to the provider's practices. We do not promise that every model provider immediately deletes inputs, never uses them for training, or processes them in your country. Contact us before submitting material that requires a particular processing location or contractual restriction. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials or confidential documents into creative prompts or media.

Service providers and other disclosures

We do not sell your personal information. Necessary information may be handled by hosting, database and media-storage providers, AI processors, authentication providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and configured analytics or support-chat services. We may disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to protect users and the service. If operation of the service is transferred, information may be transferred with it subject to applicable safeguards and notice obligations.

Your private creations are not a public gallery submission. Public examples on the website are separate from your account library. Sharing or publishing a download yourself puts that copy under the rules of the destination platform.

Photo preparation

New portrait uploads to the video tool and private asset library are decoded and re-encoded before account storage, and EXIF/GPS and text metadata are removed. This does not remove location information visibly shown in the photo itself. Basic face-count, darkness and sharpness checks run locally in your browser when you choose a new portrait in the tool; photo pixels are not sent to a face-check service. These checks can miss faces and do not establish age, identity, consent or ownership.

Storage and retention

Uploaded media and completed videos are stored for your account's creation, playback and download features. Task, billing and credit records also support fulfillment, reconciliation, abuse prevention and disputes. Burning Bridges AI does not currently offer an automatic deletion period of a fixed number of days for account media, and storage should not be treated as a permanent backup. Download important results.

Archiving is not deletion. It changes which library collection displays an item; it does not remove its file, generation record or billing history. To remove a photo or video stored by this site, open the item in My Assets, choose Delete this file, review the scope and confirm. Wait for active video tasks to finish before deleting media. A deletion request revokes account access before storage cleanup; if cleanup is not confirmed, the tool says so and lets you retry or contact support. Deleting a photo does not also delete videos made from it; remove each unwanted result separately. Contact us for account closure or a broader privacy request. We may retain records required for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes. Provider copies and records are handled under their own retention rules; deleting a Burning Bridges AI record does not by itself confirm deletion at every provider.

International processing and security

Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the data and providers involved. For a transfer or processor question, contact us with the feature and model concerned.

We use encrypted connections and access controls for private account media. No system is completely secure. Protect your login details and avoid sharing account or private media access links. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@burningbridges.dev.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can update supported profile fields in account settings, download available results from My Assets, and manage browser storage through your browser. For access, correction, an export beyond available downloads, deletion, account closure or other rights available under applicable law, email support@burningbridges.dev or open an account support ticket.

For support-assisted deletion, open an account support ticket with the item IDs and the scope requested. We verify account ownership and check active tasks before processing. We confirm completed site-file cleanup separately from pending work and explain any retained records or provider-copy limits. Do not send a replacement copy of a sensitive photo just to identify it. We may verify account ownership before disclosing or changing personal data. Explain the information or account concerned; do not send passwords or full card details. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. If applicable law allows, you may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Children and sensitive information

The service is not directed at children who cannot lawfully use it or enter into the relevant agreement. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us. Never submit sexual or exploitative material involving minors, or use another person's face or voice without sufficient rights. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes content restrictions.
