Prepare a clear lead photo

Open the Burning Bridges AI video tool and choose one sharp portrait of a consenting adult. Use an unobstructed face and preferably a visible upper body. Avoid group photos, sunglasses, heavy blur and hands across the face. The upload accepts JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB and at least 128 × 128 pixels.

You can prepare a photo before signing in, replace it or remove it. Signing in saves the selected photo privately to your account and keeps you in the same tool. Only supply images you are allowed to process and share.

Review the quote and submit once

The current recipe uses Wan 2.7 Video Edit through APIMart, an original 10-second chandelier-party reference, and a 720p 16:9 / 9:16 output. Each new generation uses one video from your purchased pack. The reference includes a right-hand wave, a left-hand cup toast and a searching gesture. You do not need to upload a reference video, select a model or write a prompt.

Video packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or subscription to cancel. Buying a pack adds its video generations to your account. After checkout, return to the homepage tool, confirm the photo and remaining video count, and submit to start generation. Payment alone does not start a video.

Review your remaining videos before creating. A new take is a new charged task. See Pricing for one-time video packs and checkout availability. Preparing a photo or playing the example does not submit a paid generation.

Follow the task in the same tool

After submission, watch the actual task status. Generation time varies. Refreshing restores a saved task, rather than deliberately submitting it again. If a request is being checked, follow that task instead of repeatedly creating new ones.

Confirmed failed or canceled tasks restore your generation. A task still being checked may not be ready for settlement. For unresolved status or a missing return, keep the task ID and contact support. A generation return is different from a cash refund.

Review and download your performance

Play the completed video in the creation area. Check facial continuity, the hand near the forehead, the silver cup grip and all three gestures. Small facial, clothing and prop details can vary. Download the MP4 from this tool or My Assets, then add a music track you are allowed to use in your own editor or posting platform.

The site does not include the original song or original music-video footage. Review the whole result before sharing. Keep your own copy of any file you want to retain.

If the lead is unrecognizable, a wave, toast or searching gesture is missing, or the file cannot be played, request a quality review within seven days of completion. Send the task ID, affected timestamp and description through Contact Us or an account support ticket. An approved review restores the generation used once; it does not automatically generate another video or refund your payment. See the Refund Policy for the separate payment refund process.

Manage private assets and payments

Your library supports available task playback, downloads, titles, favorites and archiving. Archive is an organizational action; it does not delete the stored file. A reusable result from this effect returns to the same homepage recipe.

Check available videos and Payments. A submitted refund request is not a completed refund.

Remove a file or request privacy help

Open a photo or video in My Assets, download any copy you want to keep, then choose Delete this file and confirm. Wait for active tasks to finish first. Removing an input photo does not also remove its generated videos; delete unwanted results separately.

Access is revoked before file cleanup. If cleanup is pending, retry or send the item ID through account support. A pending message is not confirmation that the stored file has been removed. Archiving only changes the library collection. Payment and security records and AI-provider copies are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.
